Return policy

Returns must be notified within 14 days of receipt of the merchandise. After acceptance, you have 14 days to return the goods. Please let us know by using the Return form at your account.

Note: Refunds are made in the original form of payment only if labodegaantiques.com Returns Terms and Conditions are followed. Return shipments can be requested when logged on to your account.

Go to 'Order history' and choose 'View', in 'Order information' click on 'Return'  or simply click 'Returns' on the bottom of the website and request your return shipment. To ensure your request to Return may be processed, supply the information as accurate as possible.

We would appreciate when you mention the reason for returning the merchandise; Is the merchandise flawed, damaged during shipping, wrong shipped item, not as expected, other reason? Please, describe it as accurate as possible,so we can use this information for future orders.

After receiving your request to Return, we'll contact you as soon as possible. 

When we agreed returning the merchandise is the best option, please follow the next steps:

  1. Pack and seal your return securely (in the original package if possible).
  2. Affix the label squarely onto the address side of the parcel, covering up any previous delivery addresses or barcodes. If tape or similar material is used, it must not cover any part of the label where postage and other information is to be recorded, or where a delivery confirmation barcode exists. Cross out any other addresses and barcodes on the outside of the parcel.
  3. Take the parcel to the post office, or give it to a postal carrier. 

Buyer pays for return shipment (not refunded).

Upon receipt, the return will be processed and the reimbursement will be provided in the original form of payment only as indicated in our terms. An item returned that is not damaged, defective or sent in error will be credited within 14 days after the item is received.
